Journey into Growth and Transformation

Why Life and Wellness Coaching?

Ever since I remember I  have been walking the path of personal growth. Sometimes meandering, sometimes walking in place, but eventually, always learning and growing. Growth, change, transformation must be in my genetic code. Or maybe, it is just my way of life. Either way, after years and years of my transformational experiences, I can tell that one thing seems to be true about personal development: once you enter that path, there is no return.

My key transformation began in 2013. This was when I was facing cancer. I got a wake-up call that really spoke to me. I got the message and put myself to work. Real work. Not recreational and easy, like it used to be, but real, serious effort to redesign my life. Like I said, growth has been my thing since I was a teenager, but it was not until my cancer experience that I finally understood the concept. And this changed everything.

I always preferred some sort of dynamics and change. I moved across the ocean and then across the country, each time turning my life upside down. I did not mind, because change was what kept me inspired. It frequently travelled hand in hand with challenge, so for me, to be able to follow it, I had to learn to welcome challenge as part of the process. Now that I look at it from the place I am in right now, it was really the best approach. Challenge only sounds so scary, but deep inside, it is the source of inspiration, if you will. This is where all the potential begins. This is where the seed of growth lands at first and from there you grow.

And so, my cancer challenge was a real deal, and it scared me like nothing ever scared me before. Fear, however did not blind me. Because I saw it as a challenge, instead of loosing myself in negativity, I ended up tapping into a potential of all things possible. While doctors were doing their thing, I was revisiting everything I knew about life.

Luckily for us, we all live in the era of information. We can access endless resources and by being focused and strong-willed we are capable of making an effort which will result in a new life. We can, if we only make such a choice, redesign our lives so they become whole and purpose driven. When I discovered that for myself it was a revelation for me. I entered the process with full faith and focus. Redesigning my life became my good obsession. Because I was able to experience the results first hand, because I saw how my whole life was beginning to shift, and because I began to feel like I was being aligned with something meaningful, I started to believe. I started to believe that this whole transformation is the best thing happening to me. I also finally understood that transformation is a hard work but the benefits are far beyond our expectations.

Now I know what it means to transform. To change in a way, that has a long lasting effect. I have my own little “transformation-know-how” and I am more than ready to share my experience with those who are seekers of change. It took me years to understand that becoming a transformational life coach is my calling. I was walking around in circles, but these were always the circles connected to change and growth. Yes, it took me time to get to the point where I discovered my life purpose. Each step however, was part of the journey and a key to my shape as a coach. I got certified because it is the standard in the industry now, but long before I even considered certification, I was preparing myself to serve others as a life and wellness coach. My life delivered all experiences I needed to be authentic and to understand my clients in a blink of an eye. It equipped me with the tools better than what I can find at school or online. I know how to connect with those who are ready to begin the process, because I myself, have been living a life of change and constant transformation.

This blog is for those who want to grow and evolve. For those who want to invest in themselves and become better versions of themselves. It may touch on some tough topics but each and every one will be to help us grow. Once initiated, growth never stops. So I myself will be growing too. It is a journey for us all and I welcome you to join me.

Intention is a big deal…

Intention is a big deal…

Life that has no purpose has no direction. It is a life that floats but does not go to a “particular somewhere”. Those who live a life with no purpose, go through the motions. They bounce like a ball, pushed from time to time by people with an agenda. They do not live per se. Instead, they survive. Survival is their only goal. They stop at the small and dare not to be something more than a regular Joe. They roll.
